Pre-Application Virtual Meeting for 4375 Millcroft Park Drive

On Thursday evening at 7:00pm, Salotto Building Group hosted a virtual pre-application community meeting to discuss its proposed development at 4375 Millcroft Park Drive. The proposal includes 30 detached homes on a new crescent shaped public road, with two access points on Millcroft Park Drive. The intent of the meeting was to seek feedback from local residents, with a question and answer period at the end of the presentation.

Residents were pleased to hear that the proposed homes will be in keeping with the look and feel of their existing neighbourhood and that flooding, traffic and construction concerns will be monitored closely by the Salotto group.
