Trees Cut Down
On May 1, 2025 over 400+ mature trees were cut down on holes 1,6,7 and 16. The tree removal is now under investigation by the City of Burlington and Environment and Climate Change Canada. Enforcement officers collected information during an on-site inspection. This is currently being reviewed to determine whether there has been any non-compliance with the Migratory Birds Convention Act (MBCA) and Migratory Birds Regulations.
