Important Burlington Council Meeting

On Tuesday, September 26 at 9:30am, Burlington city council will consider a resolution to the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing to declare a provincial interest in preserving Millcroft’s green space. Ideally, if successful, such a resolution has the potential to halt the Ontario Land Tribunal hearing.

Should you have the availability, we ask all supporters to attend the council meeting in person at Burlington City Hall on Tuesday, September 26 at 9:30am in support of this resolution. The more people who attend, the more powerful our voice. 

City standing committee and council meetings are always webcast, so yes, there is an option to watch the meeting remotely. A “watch video” link will be available at the start of the meeting on the Council and Committees calendar page.
