Be A Participant!

As you may already be aware, Millcroft Greens has appealed to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) for a decision on their application to build in Millcroft.  Involvement in the OLT process involves Parties and Participants.

MAD will be a Party and has hired the Legal team of WeirFoulds LLP to represent our residents. We will be using expert witnesses to testify in support of our objections to this bad development application.

Participants are only allowed to submit written statements about their reasons for opposing the application. Our lawyers encourage our residents to voice their objections in writing using the OLT Participant Form.

While these hearings ultimately come down to the expert evidence, it is also important to show the overwhelming community opposition to this development. The participant statements are the main way that you personally can help with the litigation.

We are asking our delegates from the March 2021 meeting and those who have sent in personal letters of opposition, if they would be willing to fill out the form for us with a brief summary of your main points.

Can you help us once again and submit your participant statement? It really will make a difference.

5) Please  complete your form before October 28th

(6) Please email your form and statement to our AdminTeam  admin@millcroftagainstbaddevelopment.ca  We will assemble them all and present them to the OLT.
