Court Case Adjourned Until April 29, 2026

The ongoing court battle between the city of Burlington and Argo Development is on hold until April 29.

Community group Millcroft Against Bad Development shared online that the case has been delayed as Argo requires more time to review the case.

In May, Argo was charged with the removal of more than 400 trees, which went against the city’s private tree bylaw. The case was previously adjourned on Nov 5, and was supposed to resume this week.
