All Matters Adjourned Until February 2026

On November 5, 2025, the charges related to the tree removals at Millcroft Golf Course were scheduled for first appearance before the Court.  Legal counsel appeared on behalf of Argo Development Corporation and Argo (Millcroft) Limited, and acted as agent for all other defendants. All matters were adjourned to February 11, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. and marked to be spoken to.  No date for the trial of these matters has been set yet.  The purpose of the adjournment was to: (1) allow the prosecution additional time to prepare and produce the voluminous disclosure; (2) give the defendants time to review the disclosure and retain further legal representation, as required; and (3) allow the parties time to enter into any resolution discussions.
