Court Case Adjourned Until August 20th

Dear Residents,

I wanted to provide a brief update regarding Millcroft Greens.

The judicial pre-trial was held on July 22, 2026, but was not completed. It was adjourned by the Justice of the Peace to August 20, 2026. As was the case previously, the judicial pre-trial is between the parties and not open to members of the public to attend.

The City remains committed to keeping residents informed as new information becomes available regarding the status of development applications and construction activities. Updates are shared on the project's dedicated page: www.burlington.ca/millcroftupdates. 

There are no new updates or decisions at this time; the information currently available on the City's webpage reflects the current project status. New construction or development-related updates will be shared on the webpage as they become available. Residents can subscribe to the dedicated webpage to receive notifications when new information is posted.
