Developer Challenges Burlington’s Official Plan

Millcroft Greens/Argo is challenging Burlington’s official plan. If they succeed in rezoning the Millcroft golf course lands, they will set precedent for all developers to build on Burlington’s golf courses and Open spaces including La Salle Park. They are pursuing OLT approval for the Millcroft application as well as challenging Burlington’s Official Plan, which protects “Major Parks and Open Space”.
