La Salle Park At Risk Of Development

La Salle Park is at risk of development if Argo succeeds in rezoning our Millcroft golf courses lands. It will establish the right for all Developers to build on Burlington’s golf courses and Open spaces including La Salle Park. Concurrently Argo is pursuing OLT approval for their Millcroft application and at the same time they are at the OLT challenging Burlington’s Official Plan, which protects “Major Parks and Open Space”.

The Millcroft Green application is opposed by the City, Region and Conservation Halton and has gained widespread Halton awareness and opposition.
