Millcroft Greens Hosting In-Person, By-Appointment Open House Sept. 10 to Discuss Application with Public

Millcroft Greens is inviting residents to attend a community open house at the Millcroft Golf Club on Friday, September 10 from 12:00pm – 3:00pm and 4:30pm – 7:00pm. This INDOOR meeting, set by Millcroft Greens, is not a City requirement or part of the formal application process. Its format disregards public health recommendations to avoid indoor gatherings, where possible.

M.A.D. will be hosting its own OUTDOOR event during Millcroft Greens’ open house on Country Club Drive, near the entrance to the golf club. At our tables, we will gather wet-ink petition signatures, as per the provincial government guidelines for petitions, so that our

local MPP, Effie Triantafilopoulous may present them to the legislature. While we’ve made our voices heard to City Councillors and local politicians, M.A.D. intends to take our cause to the province using our wet-ink petition. To be presented to the legislature, petitions must follow a prescribed format, the crux of which mandates hand-drawn signatures. Please stop by to meet the M.A.D. team and to sign the petition.
